I have visited this pharmacy a number of times, and whether I'm asking for advice or collecting a prescription, I always find the staff to be really approachable and helpful. I have young children and knowing that this outstanding pharmacy is nearby is very reassuring.

Visit Charlton Pharmacy regularly. All staff are always polite, professional and very helpful. The pharmacy offers a wide variety of services as well as a full range of pharmacy products. Have ordered several products via the website and always pleased with quality and price. Very lucky to have such a brilliant pharmacy in Charlton Kings

Really happy with the service. All the staff I talked to were very knowledgeable and polite, helping me understand the best option for me. No hesitation in recommending.

I have visited the pharmacy on numerous occasions & have always received excellent service from very friendly & competent staff They have gone above & beyond my expectations. If they haven’t had what I’ve asked for in stock they have ordered it for me. Can’t praise them enough as a local community pharmacy

No attempts made to maintain privacy for the patient and a habit of giving poor service while excusing themselves with numerous get outs. There are other pharmacy services, use them first.

I have come to the pharmacy because I could not get an appointment with my surgery any time soon. I was really getting stressed about my eye problem. A very patient lady at the pharmacy diagnosed the problem, explained what to do and suggested the course of action. I was given an antibiotic ointment with the advice how to use it. . I was very impressed and grateful that somebody listened and solved my eye problem. I

I have used this pharmacy many times and I’ve always found them very knowledgeable. I would fully recommend them. It’s always hard to see other health care professionals but they are always available to help with my healthcare needs. The staff are very nice and have gone out of their way way to help me on many occasions. The customer service is amazing and I always choose to come here because of the friendly and inviting team they have. I have found them to be very efficient and have always been able to sort out medical queries, even if I’ve left it a bit late!

Always very helpful and friendly staff. Great location with parking outside. Would recommend this pharmacy and the people who work at Charlton pharmacy
