On visiting this pharmacy I was promptly provided with my prescribed medication and given helpful advice about any concerns I had about starting it. The staff make you feel nothing is too much trouble.

Helpful staff and service. Well stocked, to serve, local community and well provisioned, though, it's a small pharmacy. Good range, of homely remedies.

The pharmacist soon learnt my name and always greeted me. He gave good advice and was always helpful. I'm sad to be leaving to go to another area.

I come here on and off to collect prescriptions and get the odd thing for my elderly parents. Assistants go out of their way to be helpful. Pharmacist, who has been at Heelands as long as my parents and remembers them, is so considerate and took me aside on one occasion to check how things were with my Dad. They have ordered small over the counter items where another retailer might just say 'out of stock - sorry'.
