I came to this pharmacy due to my regular pharmacy not always having the medication I take in stock, after a friend of mine who was in a similar situation told me Bridge Road always have items that nowhere else has, so I went down there and they were able to fulfil my whole prescription No Problem! The pharmacist was so knowledgeable about my condition and asked me questions regarding my prescription due to possible concerns which the other pharmacy never thought to inform me about, and whilst waiting for my prescription one of the young lads offered to check my blood pressure, I definitely felt more patient care was provided here than anywhere else I've been too. 100% recommend.

Called Into the bridge road pharmacy tonight 20/3/24 with my little girl, the pharmaceutical who dealt with her was amazing I felt really bad as it was closing time and he took his time to check out my daughter and she got the help she needed. I can't thank him enough and the team for staying behind closing time(sorry didn't get his name) I know how horrible it is to stay after close time. I will be letting family and friends know how good the team are in their. Thank you once again

Went out of way to see me as my doctors refused . And I’ve got perforated ear and needs to be refereeing to hospital .. very nice and kind gentleman pharmacist

Recently moved to bridge rd pharmacy best decision we've made prescriptions have been ready on time even received a phone call checking on me to check new medication I was prescribed was ok. I was offered advice. The whole team are very pleasant and helpful. Keep up your amazing work. Thank u.

This is not the first time that I have ordered prescriptions for my husband who is palliative care and I ring and they say they have not had them when infact if they looked on the ebs tracker they are there . Also often get told like this week yes the items will come out today nothing arrives ring the next morning to be told call back after 9am so manage to get someone to sit with my husband who needs 2.1 care to drive down to the xhemist and be told we do not have 1 of the items in and we will have to order it so the prescription has been with them for 2 days already and not actually been done !!!

My mother rang today over her overdue meds delivery. The person on phone was very rude and insulting to her. Telling her if she got off the phone and stopped talking her copd would not be so bad. Her prescription had been with them for over a week and they said she did not get it delivered when actually she has been getting them delivered for the past 8 years. Staff need to be reprimanded and retrained. Training in respect empathy would go well also.

This used to be a brilliant chemist when we first started using it . In the last 2 years it has slowly started to get worse with prescriptions , myself or my partner 70 per cent of the time get wrong items or missing items . Final straw is this time where I am now left with no dressings for over the bank holiday to dress ulcerated legs when the prescription was put in with plenty of time . I’m now going to have to use kitchen roll so likely to get an infected leg .I’m also fed up with being spoken to like a child on the phone by certain members of staff when I am in my 60’s .

Went to get covid tests and medication and lone behold, it's closed! They change their opening hours more often than not, I know staff can be an issue but this has been ongoing for a while now, years ago this was open until 11:15pm and a fortnight ago they advertised 3 late nights and now it's all back to closing at 7pm! Will this pharmacy ever have consistant open hours?
