I was with Boots Merry Hill for many years and didn't have many issues, then I moved house and transferred pharmacies to Kingswinford and unfortunately they have been nothing but a let down. Every time I've gone in there always seems to be a different issue to the point where it feels like I've heard it all. As an NHS nurse, I am normally very patient as I understand the pressures we are facing but at the same time why should I continue to use a service that I cannot trust or depend upon for my medication? I have made the decision to switch and hopefully will not look back.

Always given different excuses for late prescriptions.This was happening all the time.Absolute disgrace whe you need urgent medication.Thankfully now with another pharmacy and receiving medication on time

Boots were my nominated pharmacy for repeat prescriptions and will no longer allow collection and have said I have to have them delivered. Their app doesn't work so phoned them and got nothing resolved. My advice use a different pharmacy.
