Great service with personable and caring pharmacist. Went to get my meds yesterday. I like to pick them up all together because it saves me multiple trips. One of my prescriptions was still at the doctors. The pharmacist spoke to them and got it resolved in a matter of minutes. Honestly not many pharmacies like this one left around here. They helped me so much during covid too..

I was forced to go to Balmoral to pick up a prescription for my severely disabled mum, whom couldn't be left alone too long, and I had a taxi running. Not only did it take forever, but I also felt stigmatized for wearing a face mask and trying to socially distance. The other customers refused to do so, and no one in the pharmacy was helpful at all, but I saw them treat others differently. One man just tapped on the window and waited outside. Double standards. It was a horrific exprience.
