I attended for a vaccination, all the staff were discussing TV personalities and did not notice me and then two assistants asked in succession if they could help me - no real awareness of what was happening. The pharmacist made little eye contact during the vaccination process. He seemed rushed but there were no other customers. He was watching his mobile phone off and on during the process. Little in the way of interpersonal skills here. I had to initiate hello /goodbye I’m not sure it was responded to.

Wondering where I could get my ears syringed as my doctors surgery do not offer this service now....was recommended by a friend to go to the pharmacy what a very good service, done the syringing straight away as I had been putting oil in for a week, the service was very informative throughout the treatment.....any problems again will certainly use and recommend
