2 hours messing about. 4 phone calls to 111 and a chemist that doesn't know how to open and use a consultation from 111 and insists empty screen won't open and read patients notes as informed us its illegal ended up finding a note from gp which although was wrong dosage (to low) we paid for£ 9.00 and left never to return!!!!!!
