Quick, efficient and friendly staff. I got both my partners and my prescriptions from here. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Waiting time at Asda Huyton regularly in excess of 30 minutes before handing in prescription at which time you have to query again

I think the woman that served me forgot the reason she was there. Really miserable and not helpful. She needs to realise that she could be serving people that are unwell and maybe in pain.

After waiting since Wednesday for a call about my medication being ready, they never did so today being Saturday i phoned and eventually someone answered i was told to come and collect, to get there and be told its not there first they blamed my doctors, then another member of staff and then the owner. Communication is poor, reliability is non existent. Dont waste your time and go elsewhere

Sadly the pharmacist was rude and unhelpful. He did not want to treat or even look at my child who was unwell. He simply sent us away to see our GP. The new initiative to take the pressure off of the GPs and the Hospitals is clearly not being adhered to.

Hey there I came yesterday to pick up a prescription for my nana and one of the staff was rude and judgemental and was very unprofessional and kept giving me weird looks as well I would highly not recommend

No matter when order your medication, it is never ready. In general staff are rude and u helpful. Always told to come back whilst they prep your meds.collect your drugs at 12 and they tell you to come back after 1300 as they have a break in half hour, they refuse to do anything half hour before. Never had a good experience in years.

Slow service, prescription not downloaded despite receiving it several hours earlier, poor customer service. No apology when asked why it wasn’t ready, simply said, “well it’s only just been downloaded!”

For the sake of a few moments to text me my flu jab could not be administered I wasted a whole hour travelling to the store. On arrival found there was no one qualified to administer the jab and the Pharmacist had not had the courtesy to contacted anyone with an appointment. Could not guarantee when someone would be available who could administer the vaccine. Totally unacceptable.

Booked online, turned up to find the pharmacist wasn't there, rebooked for another time, phoned up to make sure they were going to be available, the staff said they couldn't guarantee the pharmacist would be there... I gave up in the end..! I can't keep taking time off work! get it sorted ASDA please.
