    Used to be really good & hassle free. But something must have changed in last 12 months. Electronic prescriptions for my household never seem to arrive with them on initial enquiries, even when GP assures they’ve been sent. The amount of times we’ve been passed back n forth between Asda Hyde pharmacy & GP has now become unbearable. Too many occasions of being deprived medication when needed most. And when collecting items, staff always have difficulty in finding items at the back which they’ve already dispensed, and having to come back to patients a couple of time to take information bit by bit. I honestly rate it as the worst pharmacy in the area. Please improve your service and stop making excuses, as I don’t have these issues with other pharmacies.

    Went to the Pharmacy after contacting 111 about my son. I arrived expecting him to be taken into a room to be examined. What I was met with was a lady who looked like she had just arrived at the supermarket to do her own shopping. She didn't ask how can I help....just looked at me expecting for me to speak. I proceeded to tell her the issue. At which point I started to show her the problem he had. She asked questions that I had already considered and began to look on the computer at what it might be (which I had already done!!) She also said ....have you not contacted your doctor? I explained that mine isn't open on a Sunday. Her reply...well that other one is.....not much use to me! She said well nothing we can do....go to A&E then. What a waste of time. I'd be worried if she was in charge of my medication or care. What a terrible service and almost embarrassing behaviour. I will not be going there again for anything.

    Takes them forever to pick up the phone. When they did eventually answer the phone the person I was speaking to was very rude said she was to busy to speak and put the phone down on me.

    Slow staff. Always out of medicine no rush to get stock replenished. Used to be the best in Hyde but has gone really downhill. Will be changing as soon as I can
