    Thank you all for making my mums appointment so easy. Receptionist was so friendly & happy & the dermatology Doctor was amazing. He was welcoming & made everyone relaxed with the facts stated & the next appointment sorted. You were brilliant. Thank you so much.

    I attended St Marks on Friday 15th March. I went to have wax extracted from my ears and the lady was really helpful and tried to overcome a problem I had, whereby wax in my right ear couldn't be shifted. She was showing great care and was very helpful for which I thanked her for

    I would like to say the care my adult disabled sister received at her outpatients appointment was amazing. Every member of staff we met were helpful, kind and interacted with my sister. The specialist nurse that saw her really knew about her needs and was kind and understood throughout our discussion. I would like to thank them all for their kind care they provided during her appointment

    I was in Short Stay Surgery for a kidney operation and I just wanted to say that I received such professional, friendly and caring treatment from everyone I saw, from the pre op staff to the staff on the ward and in theatre, which is a scary place but I was put at my ease by the nurses and doctors. I can’t thank you all enough and I feel so lucky to have the care of the NHS .

    This week I had a tonsillectomy during day surgery and the ENT team were smashing. It was my first GA experience and I woke up really distressed. The staff there were so kind and patient and left me feeling really happy as I was so well looked after. Unfortunately on the Thursday I had developed an infection and throat was very sore to the point I couldn’t even swallow water. I was seen by a great GP doctor who would’ve been more fun to talk to should I have been able to talk myself! I ended up being admitted to SAU and spending the night there. All the staff were lovely, came to see if I was ok, had plenty of drink and helped me with IV fluids etc. Overall I just wanted to say how amazing my experience was with Frimley Park this week. The staff were outstanding and hospitals aren’t the most inviting of places but I was ever so comfortable and supported by every member of Staff. You are all a credit to the NHS you should all be proud of yourselves. Thank you so much for making me feel so safe (as an ADHD/autistic individual) and never a moment I felt alone. Thank you so much.

    I have just spent nearly an hour trying to follow the instructions on the e-mail you sent with regard to an on line check in for an appointment on Friday 14th July 2023. The instructions on the e-mail are impossible to follow as 4 different codes were sent to my phone and none were accepted to complete the process. It turns out, after I rang Frimley, this stressful activity was entirely unnecessary as I can check in on arrival!

    My father was recently admitted to ward 2 at Wexham park. He was in hospital for just over 3 weeks. Just want to say a massive thank you to all the staff in the ward who looked after my dad. Due to his dementia I imagine he could be quite a difficult patient at times but the staff were always kind, patient and professional when dealing with him whilst always maintaining a sense of humour and smile on their faces. Please pass on my thanks and appreciation for all that they did for my father.

    I used showers in three separate rooms in msu The first shower flooded my room,my clothes got soaking wet had to wait for family to bring dry clothing Am now in msu somebody had a shower and the water went everywhere,I vneeded the toilet and was scared stiff I would slip .staff say showers have reported but nothing is being done about the flooding

    I was many miles from home on a Sat evening with an infection in my finger that was causing me great distress and pain. I appreciate in comparison with a lot of peoples issues this was not top priority. The A and E was very busy and I expected a long wait. I was delt with in less than 3 hours. The staff were fantastic , professional and a cedit to the NHS. Many thanks for your kindness.

    Very much appreciate the care and treatment provided when i arrived at A&E in an ambulance after injuring myself when climbing over a gate. Lots of staff were involved, were all caring and helpful. The Nurse who did the stitching of my cuts did a great job- as confirmed by other NHS staff subsequently seen in London , including St Thomas Hand Trauma Clinic. Many many thanks! The NHS continues to impress even when under such Tory- driven stress!
