   Not transparent about hospital fees. Ended up with a £333 bill for "hospital fees" from a 30 minute consultation and nasal endoscopy (which I paid for separately) to investigate congestion issues. These hospital fees are more than the cost of the actual consultation and procedure and were not made clear at any point in the process. Very exploitative practice, ensure you ask about costs explicitly throughout the process to avoid getting ripped off , they will take advantage at the first opportunity.
