I had an endoscope procedure today which beacuse I have never had anything like this before on arrival I was very anxious and scared they lady on the desk mentioned she could tell I was nervous and that I will be taken good care off that put me a little more at ease. Following that I was allocated a lovely compassionate nurse who was also very reassuring doctor also who did my scope was incredibly reassuring during my procedure Thankyou so much to this department for making me as comfortable as possible and making this a little easier for me amazing !!

I was made to feel welcome as soon as I arrived at Cannock Chase Hospital. The care and attention I received was second to none. Every part of my surgery was explained very well to me. I was made to feel very comfortable. All aspects of the general anaesthetic were explained. None of us want to go into hospital for an operation, but if I do again then I would happily return to Cannock.

Review titled Well done to the whole team

From the time i arrived yesterday morning to the time I was discharged the care was exceptional. During a time where the NHS is under extreme pressure I have not one bad word to say. The attitude of the staff on the whole ward was so caring and very welcoming. The consultant and registrar were amazing also, they came and explained to me what would happen, what the plan was going forward and made me feel at ease. Well done to the whole team and thank you.

Went to Cannock hospital for shoulder surgery. They are absolutely fantastic there. Staff are very helpful and friendly and cheerful. Always there if you need anything. Absolutely fantastic hospital.

Review titled I felt secure and supported all throughout the day

I recently had my knee surgery. From start to finish I was taken care of to the highest level. I was informed of what would happen at each stage. Every single person involved in my care today performed exceptionally well. The ward was clean and comfortable all the staff were knowledgeable & kind. I felt secure and supported all throughout the day. I cannot find a single fault with how the staff treated me, thank you again for being brilliant!

I had corrective surgery on a knee replacement yesterday. I was pleasantly greeted and well looked after. All the staff were cheerful, helpful and reassuring. They made the whole experience pleasant and I felt supported at every stage. Thank you for the constant attention and care.

I went in to Cannock Hospital for Carpal Tunnel surgery, and was very very nervous. All of the staff that I dealt with, were kind, caring and very understanding. They without a doubt helped keep me relaxed throughout my surgery. Thank you all
