    I had two separate procedures done under the Pain Management Clinic on 14th and 21st March 2024. Just wanted to highlight the exceptional nurses who attended to me and went above and beyond, as well as from Reception - you all know who you are! My experience definitely would not have been the same had I not been in your wonderful care and I am very grateful for you helping me feel at ease. Thank you again.

    Took 3 attempts to book a GP appointment, kept getting transferred to different departments, cut off twice. Had consultation which was first class, arranged for blood tests tge following morning. Turned up the next morning, sent to wrong dept, my records were incorrect, my blood test form had been lost. Eventually a new form was obtained from the consultant from the previous evening. I then sat outside the blood test room for 30 mins with a continuous stream of people going in and out for tests. I inquired if they had my paperwork for my tests and the reply was yes, but i couldn't go in because my details still hadn't been entered onto the system! Eventually nearly 2 hours of waiting, i had my test. Extremely disappointed with this Hospital

    Absolutely excellent service from the first telephone call to book an appointment right through to the consultation and treatment. I can highly recommend the “Nuffield Health The Holly hospital “ experience.

    I had a ultrasound scan, it was carried out on time, no waiting, the doctor was very polite and informative, I was very happy

    Took in my Mrs for a blood test, was easy to book, the nurse was kind and supportive and took the bloods with ease. All in all a satisfactory experience. I wouldn’t say it’s a Wao service but it did what we expected. Cheers

    I got tired of nhs gp giving me the run around regarding my knee pain. At holly they took my issue seriously and treated me with utmost care and advise. Although money matters but I would go to holly again if I need to as at 70 yrs of age my health comes first!

    Attended The Holly as to wait for NHS treatment was not acceptable. It is dreadful after paying into the NHS for 40 years, to have to use savings for health care, but that is life!! The appointment made was given promptly. The Hospital itself (inside) is very clean. The staff are professional. The Surgeon I saw was so professional and gave the impression of actually caring for me.

    All staff including reception, nursing staff, and consultant were caring and kind throughout. I was kept informed through every stage of my surgery and aftercare. A great team.
