North Cambridgeshire Hospital, Wisbech. Outstanding and Dedicated would be an understatement. Having attended the Peckover Ward to undergo an urgent Colonoscopy my stomach was obviously turning over with additional concerns about the outcome. Without Exception, all the Staff, from Reception, to admissions and the attending Consultant were fully understanding and experienced, having added Disabilities which needed to be addressed prior to the Procedures. I need not have worried...All the dedicated Staff are understanding, compassionate, and above all truly Professional, the whole visit was completed without any fuss or concerns...everything was clearly explained and all my underlying concerns were clearly answered. I cannot praise the truly outstanding and dedicated Staff enough, thank you all so, so much.

Underwent a colonoscopy this morning - against my better judgement. The staff throughout the procedure from admission ( God bless Bev!) to discharge (still blessing Bev!) was absolutely spot on. The professionalism, compassion, knowledge base and individualised care could not have been better. Information was given at the right time and the right format. It turned not to be as bad as I'd anticipated . Many thanks to all the staff. You are credits to your profession.

I felt very nervous for a blood test, having had negative experiences with needles from past treatments. The staff immediately put me at ease and understood my anxieties. The nurse who took my blood explained every step she took, taking her time to talk to me, even on a busy shift. I left with a lot more confidence in having my bloods taken, and felt very happy with the treatment I received. Thank you, NCH Blood Test Centre, and a very special thank you to the nurse who took my bloods! :)
