Phoned at 8.30 am and given an appointment to see the GP at 10.15. Very approachable doctor Blood tests and further diagnostic tests organised, thank you

Asked for a call back from the doctor, responded in about 1hour. Doctor asked me to visit when we ended the call, 10 minute wait at the surgery, met very pleasant gentlemen, all done from first contact to diagnosis, less than 2 hours. Superb service!

I saw the Doctor within three hours of phoning the surgery, which I thought was very prompt service. The Doctor was very polite and reassuring which put my mind at rest. He gave me information relating to my problem and has organised further tests. I cannot praise the Doctor and the service I received highly enough. I left the surgery a very satisfied customer.

I was suffering from anxiety and really felt the doctor listened intently and compassionately to me then responded in my best interests. Felt Much better after speaking to him.

I was very pleased with the consultation. I was never expecting a silver bullet for my concerns but was very happy to be listened to by the GP and given helpful suggestions to address the issues I had raised. I appreciated the straight forward, friendly manner of the doctor and felt able to speak without hesitation thanks to his positive and professional approach.

Felt like the doctor listened carefully as I explained the issue. He then gave a clear explanation as to what he felt the resolution was. Prescription was ready to pick up immediately.

Staff are amazing, quick appointments and both over the counter and the GPs are really helpful Would recommend this surgery to everyone

I was able to arrange a call back from the doctor at short notice. The doctor was very understanding of my situation, offered great guidance, involved me in the decision making and how to proceed, and prescribed the required medication right away. I felt very supported, respected and 'listened to'.

After completing an online request at 10.30 in the evening, I was telephones rhe next day before 9am. I was given a same day appointment and have been referred to a specialist straight away. Excellent care and a very kind and genuinely caring GP.
