Me and my brother went into get our MMR vaccines. The lady and her trainee who provided the vaccines were lovely and made me feel comfortable despite my fear of needles. They also provided us with other vaccines that we needed, which stopped us from having to come in again at a later date. Both ladies were lovely and made the experience a pleasant one despite my fear of needles.

Very happy with the overall service I received from staff. In advance of my visit I checked the website and Bike Parking was listed but on arrival there was nowhere to safely park and secure a bike on site, I had to go elsewhere in Town and come back. There was promotional material promoting healthy life styles, making positive changes and increasing exercise on site. Just a few simple bike hoops and an area for bikes would make a difference. As a community we need to help promote active travel and I think surgeries should help by just making basic facilities available for those trying to not use a car.

We had a wonderful experience of care whilst attending the MIU on a Friday evening with my son. The receptionist and the nurse practitioner we saw were warm, friendly and very caring and professional throughout and went the extra mile to look after my son. I am very grateful and would highly recommend and praise the care we received

As a community, we are so lucky to have this GP practice. I have had countless interactions with the Stennack Surgery over the years, mainly for family members and occasionally myself, and I am always impressed by the care they deliver. The receptionist are absolutely delightful and they never fail to be kind, understanding and super helpful. The clinical staff are wonderful in all these ways too and they respond to any needs diligently and swiftly. I am not one for leaving reviews, but I really have to commend this Practice on their high standards and timely response to patients needs.

I have had problems with my legs and saw a young doctor who was very thorough in his examination of me and very clear in his expalnations both of what my condition might be and what treatment he was first recommending. I have nothing but praise for the way I was dealt with.
