    Very unhelpful staff and no appointments. Staff is not ready to help after being on hold for long duration. They can misplace your letters and you have to go through the procedure all over again. Doctors don’t listen and take you seriously. It doesn’t matter if you are in pain and suffering.

    rang to make an appointment for my mentally ill partner the receptionist said she had made a phone appointment for him then just hung up! They never called back for his appointment and now he is spiralling.

    I am unable to order my regular medication as it needs to be reviewed by a GP. I have now spoken with a GP twice and have been told that it’s been reviewed but i still cannot order any as it’s still showing as it needs to be reviewed by a clinician? I also need a fit note for my job after suffering tendonitis in my wrist. I was told by the GP that this would be texted or emailed to me within 2 hours. 5 hours later, and the surgery is now closed, I’m still waiting.

    Having not received a scheduled telephone call appointment I rang enquiring, the receptionist informed that I had been called twice and there was no voicemail left as there is no voicemail facility on my phone. Despite the fact I had no missed calls on my call log, full bars of signal, a voicemail facility on my phone and I've had people call me earlier in the day with no issue, I was told it was probably a signal issue and that I had to book another appointment. Having confirmed that they had my current phone number, I felt dissatisfied with the way it was handled and the dismissive attitude of the receptionist. When I tried to talk about getting access to the online system for future appointment bookings, I was rudely hung up on mid-sentence. Not a supportive service when someone has genuine health issues to address.
