I was very unwell for a few days The Dr i saw was extremely caring and helpful Reception staff very friendly especially a lady who is always happy and smiling such a welcoming attitude to the patients Nurse I can say she is amazing many times I don’t Evan need to see the Dr she always sorts my issues out Thank you all at Falcon Road Medical Center

Writing on behalf of my mother who attended earlier in the month with tummy pain to see an advanced paramedic. He had a student with him who was lovely. The clinician completed a thorough examination, history and diagnosed my mother with an infection in her tummy needing 3 different medications after ordering some tests. He explained absolutely every detail of the assessment (including why he was feeling and pressing certain parts) to my mother and his student so they actually understood what he was looking and testing for. She has been registered with this GP surgery for many years, and has never had a problem. But she hasn’t stopped speaking about this paramedic and this consultation since. Thank you for looking after her! (Wouldn’t let me put the clinician name in the review - but hopefully they’ll know who they are!)

I have never left a review of anywhere before in my life but felt I had to after discussions with friends and family about this matter. I had been in bed for days, missing work and was clearly suffering from a very deep depression including suicidal thoughts. After researching what to do, 111 recommended I contact my gp immediately and arrange an appointment with my doctor as soon as possible. I called up the medical centre and was met with a receptionist whose tone was far from greeting. I said I would like to book an appointment with my go and she angrily replied 'what for?', as if I was asking her the most ridiculous question ever. I said that I'd rather speak to my doctor about it but before I could even finish my sentence she said 'you won't be seeing any doctor unless you tell me the oroblem.' At this stage I was in tears so I said it was for mental health. I was further told in a dismissive manner that I would not get an appointment for mental health at this centre but instead I can call a mental health switchboard in wandsworth. I felt utterly destroyed and worthless after this conversion. Luckily, I haven't done anything to harm myself but I'm sure somebody will do one day if met with this receptionist. GP's are supposed to care about mental health too!

I arranged an appointment to get treatment for eczema. My eczma had been very mild and manageable up until this point but something had triggered a very painful and irritating flare up. I had an appointment scheduled within a week of asking. The doctor was quick, professional and efficient. They wrote a prescription for three medications and booked me in for a follow up a month later. The doctor helped resolve an issue with the prescription (multiple local pharmacies lacked the medication) within 5mins of my request for help. The eczema flare was treated within a week. At the follow up the doctor recommended an over the counter steroid cream I could get if I have a flare up again after I'd finished with the current prescription. Perfect service.

I cannot name on here but I would like to give a massive compliment for a lovely lady on reception who was efficient, reassuring, and followed through on what she said she would do in an exceptional timely manner This the lady dealt my request quickly, called me to confirm it was sorted, emailed me all necessary details she was very polite and super helpful she also made me feel extremely comfortable. Every practice needs a lady like this. With the NHS being as overworked as it is this lady really took the time to help me and I am very grateful to her. Thank you Falcon Road Medical centre

I visited the Surgery today to see a Nurse and was very pleased with her dedication, care and willingness to help. She explained what was happening and booked several appointments (for my treatment) in the near future. Staff at reception are great too. I spoke to a Doctor yesterday on the Phone and she suggested that I make the booking. Doctor too very dedicated and caring human being, all Staff are wonderful.

Recently my family have needed medical support from the surgery. I can not recommend the practice enough. In a time when reassurance, support and professionalism was needed we felt completely support. Communication was key and every member of staff went over and above to meet both our medical and emotional needs.

Very friendly staff who always try their best to help you and deal with problems as best and quickly as they can the only down side is sometimes it's hard to get an appointment
