It would be helpful if the surgery could publish their opening hours for the Christmas holidays on their website, especially the last day they are open and first day back.

I have been using this practice for more than twenty years. I have consistently enjoyed a really good level of service as a patient at the clinic and I have never had any complaints. During the last three years I have been attending one particular GP in the practice. This doctor proved exceptionally helpful at a time when I thought that I might have been extremely ill. He took my concerns very seriously and helped me to arrange the various tests that I needed. It turned out that I was not nearly as ill as I thought I might have been. I had resisted having the necessary tests for several years and this had increased my fears and sense of anxiety and foreboding. However, this friendly and supportive doctor worked with me in a really practical and positive manner that reassured me and allowed me to proceed with the various examinations and tests that were required. Without his very genuine support and the sense of hopeful collaboration which he encouraged, I might never have been able to discover that my concerns and anxieties regarding my health were mostly unfounded and that I was in fact in a much healthier state than I had imagined. I now feel extremely grateful to this particular GP and to the practice where I have had the opportunity to find the help that I needed and the encouragement and support to feel that I was not alone in the process and could actually begin to deal with the fears that had cast such a dark cloud over my ordinary life for many years. I can only wish the same for other people and I am happy to let them know that such kind and useful medical help is to be found at this particular practice.

After having horrendous experiences at a previous practice, moving to this one was such a breath of fresh air. Of course, still get the same issues as other clinics such as long waiting times but the Doctors here are next level. Every single one I've seen has been very friendly, caring, professional, and taken me seriously. I was really worried on a recent visit that they wouldn't take my foot pain seriously and would dismiss me with paracetamol or something as I've had issues at previous places so I even had it all written down as I was so nervous about it, but I needn't have been, the doctor took me very seriously, and ordered an MRI as I requested without hesitating, keen to get me back to my hobbies. I'm still waiting for the appointment but this isn't the doctor surgery's fault I suspect, rather the chronic underfunding of the NHS! I recommend this practice to all my friends.

Wanted to say 'thank you' to Clapham Family Practice for their care and concern from my initial telephone call with reception to the telephone call back from a GP. The GP was friendly, polite, concerned and knowledgeable and didn't make me feel rushed and wanted to take time to fully understand my situation. Excellent patient care - highly recommended!

GP, professional staff are fabulous. Reception mixed but we all have off days. Younger ones are nice, polite. But how do you book a telephone appointment at a future date? I was informed the Doctor I needed to see was not available and the diary not available or open. Please call back the following day at 08:00 because I may be able speak to the Doctor but not guaranteed. No explanation on the website as to how the booking system works, for example: - diaries are only open for a certain period, you won't be to book an appointment say XX weeks in the future etc. Why we can't book an appointment in the future I don't know. It's just the most bonkers unfathomable booking system.
