Saw a Dr who was extremely thorough and referred me for x-rays and physio without having to wait for weeks. He also sent me information regarding my symptoms. Came away very happy with my experience at the practice.

Reception staff Great one Partner and one Nurse leaves a lot to be desired. Partner and Nurse I will not see again. Make your own conclusion.

Thanks you for taking the time to post a review of our practice. It's very difficult for us to make improvements or respond to complaints when patients post reviews anonymously. We have a transparent complaints policy which can be found here https://sothall.net/complaints-and-practice-policies/. This allows patients to have their concerns addressed. We also have a regular Patient Forum (Patient Participation group) where patients can discuss more general issues with the Practice manager and one of the GP partners, these are usually on the first Wednesday every 2 Months at 18:30 the next one being 18:30 on Wednesday 6th December, we are always keen to welcome new members to our group. Not always easy to get through on phone ,but once you get through the staff are always friendly and helpful. The treatment I received was very satisfactory, and efficient, although still ongoing. Nevertheless no complaints.

Efficient and friendly service from all staff parking good worked well through the pandemic could not have been easy all in all good practice would recommend to family and friends

Have been under the care of the nursing staff at this practice for the previous two months and have had excellent care and service from them.

Managed to get through and arrange a telephone call back for the same day. The GP I spoke to was really helpful and understanding of my situation.

The surgery really needs to improve how patients can access & get appointments after trying for several days by phone to make an appointment I eventually emailed I got a reply after a week with a telephone appointment in another two weeks , the doctor I spoke to was very good & arranged to see me in the surgery the same day I was happy with her care of me & I appreciate that my condition whilst painful was not life threatening but feel a delay of nearly a month until I saw somebody is really not acceptable , I feel it is the phone access that lets this surgery down

I was so surprised how quickly I received GP and subsequent mental health appointments; especially after the bad press the NHS receives at this present time.

Can’t get through for an appointment but if you are lucky enough to get one it’s a waste of time. Had to attend walk in centre twice recently after being told there wasn’t a problem. At the walk in centre we were treated with kindness and dignity not fobbed off. The times we have seen a GP or nurse practitioner it has felt very rushed and one of them in particular is rude and clearly doesn’t like people. On a positive the reception staff have always been very friendly and helpful and my daughter had bloods taken by a nurse associate who was really lovely.

Reception, nurses, and doctors have been brilliant . I recommend this practice. They try their best, through these very difficult times, especially through covid and being under funded.
