Ringing to explain why I was needing more water tablets which I had ordered on the online facility I was treated by the pharmacist like a complete idiot. The concern was more about the process and timing of The order which was put in on the patient access app. The person who went to collect them yesterday was told that I couldn’t have them because I wasn’t due to have them. Having spoken to the nurse practitioner in the clinic about water retention she said double my dosage, consequently I ran out early. The lady I spoke to was far more concerned with the adherence of order times as opposed to the welfare of the patient, that is why I am putting this review in.
