Called surgery this morning and seen a doctor before midday. Doctor was very attentive . After consultation, arranged for me to have blood test at the surgery. I did not have to wait.I highly recommend phgh doctors

Went in to a very clean practice, friendly and welcoming at front desk when signing in. My appt was with the nurse , as always very caring and approachable. Always had great care from Phgh surgery.

We called about a recurring medical issue. We called and spoke to Reception who were very efficient and arranged a call back for us from the GP who inturn invited us to attend the Surgery for a face to face consultation that same morning. The GP was exceptional in the care and time she took to explain and discuss management and best treatment options . She spoke very clearly and had simply the most wonderful bedside manner. We are all very grateful for her help. Thankyou team.

I am outraged and upset. We spent 45! Min on the line waiting to speak to someone. When we finally got through they were unhelpful Unempathetic and robotic. I called as a worried parent and I was met with no care or will to help. Called another surgery which were nice and helped me in moments. Avoid!
