The appt was delayed, but the service as always was fantastic. Very thorough and put us all at ease. Booked appt on the same day.

I have heard others complaining that it’s impossible to get appointments at GPs, yet i’ve not once failed to get an appointment with Moseley Avenue Surgery. Whenever I needed to be seen, they provided. The staff are all lovely, the GPs themselves are as friendly as it can get, i have not one complaint regarding the entire experience.

Had a face to face appointment for an annual medical review. Checking in was simple using the automatic check in system. Was seen slightly before my appointment time and dealt with in a professional manner. My medical condition was discussed thoroughly and good advice was given to help me manage it in the future. My questions were all answered and I felt at ease discussing my condition.

A bit of an over run so seen a bit late. My appointment was 16.40hrs, not seen until 16.50hrs. The nurse that a saw was very helpful and listened to me.

Pre booked appointment. Seen on time. Courteous reception staff. Excellent Gp consultation. Addressed specific issues with kindness and was well informed and reassuring of my recent test results.

I have had only a few experiences with this practice for both myself and children, but every interaction with the practice has been warm, welcoming and extremely professional. This is an exemplary practice! Very refreshing to find in difficult times for the NHS.

Everytime I have an appointment it is never on time or even close. Not sure why we have to wait an additional 40 minutes plus. When you are ill this is the last thing that you want to happen
