I telephoned the practice on 3rd January 2023 and listened to an automated message with reference to it dating as far back as 7th December 2022. Whilst I appreciate automated messages being used, and perhaps this may have been a genuine oversight by the practice, I would feel more assured if a more accurate automated updated message was communicated.

Very helpful Doctor spent time to understand problem. Reception staff usually polite and efficient. Practice manager and team run practice better than my previous surgery.

I can not thank my Doctor enough. During the pandemic I recieved excellent patient care. My doctor went above and beyond to support me with my mental health. If it were not for my doctor 's dedication, thoughtfulness and compassion I would not be here today. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
