Excellent service. Phoned for an appointment, given face to face appointment for the same day. GP was very nice and extremely helpful

I attended my flu/covid vaccination appointment with a swelling below my eye. The nurse checking me in noticed and asked me if I had a doctors appointment as it was an infection. Being a Saturday morning, I expressed my doubts that I would get a doctors appointment. The nurse then raised a prescription for me to collect. This is typical of the service that I can expect to receive from all members of staff working within the practise that I have presented a problem to. They just get on and deal with it. The receptionists are so capable and treat me as a person rather than an interruption to their other duties. I have been with this surgery since it opened and consider myself lucky that I don't have to endure the difficulties that friends meet at our other NP surgery. As a final declaration of how attentive the staff are, they also offered chocolate after the vaccinations.

My partner and myself recently changed to this practice. We have experienced 100% efficiency, courtesy and response from them, from reception through to GP, from the point of registration to today's initial appointment for my partner.. We couldn't be happier with our experience so far. Well done Kingfisher Surgery, you have restored our faith in GP practices.

team is always very helpful. best gp practice communication and care I have ever experienced. changed address but dont want to move surgery.
