I have always struggled to have blood taken as my veins are extremely deep, I usually have to go to hospital to have this done and it took 12 attempts to find a vein. The nurse at this practice did it on her first try... I was so relieved that finally someone knew what they were doing!!! Excellent service 👏

I had an appointment today. I was called in by nurse right in time. She is very polite and helpful. All my tests and check ups done very efficiently. During my blood test at other places most of the time I end up with bruising on my arm but at this practice I have no bruising after blood test. Thanks for your good services.

Today, I was due to have some blood tests and a flu jab. On arrival, the receptionist was respectful. The nurse saw me right on time. and helped me as I was feeling nervous she was kind, and understanding and completed all the tests calmly and amicably. The person was respectful, very knowledgeable, and quite polite. She took blood easily, and I am famous for being a hard bleeder (deep veins). I recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a good surgery.

I have been going to this surgery since the past 7 years, and I have noticed the quality of care and professionalism has improved every year. its also nice seeing the same doctor and nurse, as I have built up a relationship with them, even with the receptionist and practise manager, this has helped my mental health immensely, as I feel like they understand and care about my history, and I feel like i can open up more about my condition as a result

Doctors and staff very understanding and very professional. Never had any issue and if I had its been dealt with it very professionaly.
