My recent visit to cgmp has been a rewarding experience for me. My Doctor made me feel at ease any question I had was always answered and I felt my well being always came into consideration thank you very much.

Fantastic place everyone is so friendly and helpful would recommend to everyone doctors are lovely even called at 6.30 in the evening,physio was brilliant too

Currently struggling with multiple medical issues (arthritis, psoriasis, problems with period and lump on my arm). This practice always give me an appointment so although my issues are getting worse I would still recommend to others for basic medical things but not for multiple issues that would require time and investigation. Most of the doctors at this practice are good but I had a bad experience today with a male doctor who showed zero compassion and was quite rude. First time this happened with this GP so would still recommend to others

Dear Melissa, I am very sorry to read about your bad experience during a recent visit to CG, this is not a reflection of our usual high standards of patient care. I would like to be able to help in any way I can and I can guarantee that the clinical team at CG will feel the same. Please mention to the receptionist that you need to discuss more than one medical issue and therefor a double appointment should be booked. If you wish to discuss anything with me in complete confidence, please call the surgery and leave a message for me to call you back. As a newcomer to the area, I have found College Green Medical Practice to be wonderful. When I walk in to ask for a repeat prescription, it is dealt with straightaway, with a local pharmacy delivering it to my door. Each doctor I have seen has carefully diagnosed what was wrong and has prescribed effective medication. When I first became a patient, I was thoroughly examined and referred, as appropriate, for further investigation. The reception team members are always patient, kind and helpful, which is very important when you’re old. Even very recently I saw a Partner Doctor about a sensitive situation, and she helped me with her patience and understanding. I can’t speak highly enough of the attention and support I have received from College Green Medical Practice. Thank you, everyone!

I turned up to the appointment to hear that the appointment had been cancelled without notifying me. Usually messages are automated but someone must have missed to let me know.

Went for a blood test and physiotherapy, easy to check in, helpful receptionist, friendly, professional nurse and physio , easy to book appointment and order medications.

The physiotherapist attended to me in a very empathetic way, very explanatory, very compassionate,gentle, she chooses her words with caution and very good at what she does. Sincerely she is very brilliant.

Needed help re my left foot but unfortunately I did not believe she understood or believe me. I was referred to her by another professional person and this physio said she had never heard of such treatment even though I had it in writing.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the GP service at College Green. I recently attended the service in a lot of pain; I was taken seriously and given immediate and prompt care. In addition, the care was friendly and warm. I do generally a little anxious at the doctors and I really needn't at College Green. From reception staff to the doctors, everyone is friendly and caring. I also came a week later (after a long course of antibiotics just because I wanted something checking out and I was little bit worried. It turned out to be absolutely fine but I was validated, cared for and listened too. This is a rarity in women's health and I am so grateful that this is not something I face at college green. I was advised to trust my body and my instincts and to come back at any time that I feel something is amis.
