    I called in the morning to get an appointment, was number 10 but my call was answered quickly. The staff over the phone was friendly and offered me a quick appointment (20 minutes from the call time). I walked in, waited for less than 5 minutes until I was called by the doctor (sorry I don’t remember the name) .. she was welcoming and friendly, asked me the right questions, performed some tests, and was able to find out the issue. She offered me medication options and send my prescription to the pharmacy in few minutes. I’d like to the thanks the staff and the doctor

    Good service but awaiting on the phone to talk to Doctor very bad, sometimes you’re 14 on the list most of the time A gave up

    Had a persistent cough, self medication did not help. Called at 08:00 and after a 18 minute wait was able to speak to an individual who suggested a visit to see someone at the practice. Managed to get an appointment on the same day. I was seen by a very professional who asked a lot of questions and after thorough examination prescribed medication. This was available at our local pharmacy 2 hours later. Very impressed with the service. Thank you.

    The service at the surgery is very good. Whether it is appointment with GP or requesting prescription. Very prompt, friendly staff & considerate. In the last two weeks I had appt with doctor, follow up of blood test results and requested prescription. On all occasions the service was excellent. Staff member at reception too were very efficient and helpful. I am very happy that I am a patient of this surgery. Please keep up the good work& service you provide.

    I was on anti fungal medication that was working, I just needed longer for the full benefits to take effect so I called asking for an extension of my prescription. Sent a photo of my condition as they asked. Proceeded to prescribe me a random cream that will irritate my skin and not address the fu gal infection from my root cause, the scalp! I explained all this on a phonecall but was ignored anyway and they prescribed me a random cream they never told me the name of, just that it would irritate my skin at the start. Top care, attention to detail and facts and professionalism. Not.

    Had a bit of a delay with my prescription but I was dealt with politely and promptly by the staff I am a new patient so I guess that was the issue the last health centre I was using were very rude the doctors were great but the reception staff were absolutely awful and I had given them no reason to treat me that way

    I had no idea the GP can be this good. It’s modern and quick, I can always schedule an appointment within a couple of days. I recommended it to my husband as well and he was thoroughly impressed too! Thank you for all your hard work.

    Mental health issue told to call between 8.00 and 10.00 Friday for an appointment. Called and received appointment for the same day then given a locum who advised he can't deal with it and would need to see a resident doctor and come back on Monday. Then advised to call back again on Monday but told to call again between 08.00 and 10.00 for another appointment. Absolutely shocking behaviour it seems they just don't care.

    Doctor was very professional and explained us very in detail about her findings of my daughter. She has communicated very well with my daughter and the parents. She has given us the time to ask any concerns that we may have. Overall great professional and caring doctor.
