  1. Review titled Worst experience

Rated 1 star out of 5

I went to GP as I have been struggling for nearly two months with cold, completely blocked nose, cough, lack of sleep and stress which illness was causing, and stress on job. The doctor wouldn’t want to listen to me at all, why I came to see him. I didn’t get any medical advice regarding my condition. He didn’t do any examination, didn’t check blood pressure, pulse, nose lining, nothing. I insisted on checking lungs at least as I was coughing. He did it through my coat, just checked in two places at the front and that’s it, didn’t even check from the back. I asked for a sick leave as I felt very poor and was not fit to work. Forgot to mention I am pregnant 25 weeks. And the doctor said he cannot give me and that’s when I got an advise from him to resign from job if it’s difficult for he because jobs are like that. I am thinking to change the practice

  2. Review titled Thorough and understanding service

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I experienced complications following a heart operation at another hospital and have had to engage with my GP on numerous occasions this year. My GP at this practice has gone above and beyond with his duty of care towards my health and recovery. He has taken a personal interest in my condition and made me feel at ease at all times. I have felt let down by the hospital who operated on me but now feel confident as my GP has set out a good progress and recovery plan. He is the one professional I have real confidence in. I do not have any issues obtaining appointments and everyone at the practice conducts themselves in a professional and compassionate manner.

Not long joined this surgery after my old gp surgery closed down.all the stress caused from losing a dr whom had treated patients with great care and respect. I am delighted with my new gp surgery because the receptionist answer their phones promptly and are super helpful, the nurse is excellent and so is my new gp. I can highly recommend this gp practice for it's great care.

Today 9.45am I went for my prebooked appointment with GP. After going inside GP Centre, I have been told that Doctor is running 1 hour late; also 2 admin people are late. Hence, they couldn't inform me. I left and was waiting for bus. And found out something unbelievable. The patient in queue with a child before me but appointment was after me at 10am. But was seen before time. She said she is very happy as Doctor saw her before time. I have heard complain about this GP before. Today, I have experienced by myself.

Dear Patient, First of all, we regret that you feel that way. Sometimes GPs may see young children and elderly with urgent conditions ahead of their booked time. From time to time our staff might be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances due to transportation and their circumstances. If you would like to discuss this matter, please write to our business manager, who will investigate and give you feedback. Thank you.
