   The team at Field Street are often working under huge pressure, as with most GP surgeries, and face ever increasing demands from their patients. Today, as with plenty of other occasions, I was treated with care, friendliness, understanding and professionalism. Many are quick to condemn staff and surgeries when they don't get what they want, or perhaps because they do not understand what it takes to work under such pressure. The Nurses and reception team will always try to help you if they can and I just wanted to record my thanks for them doing so. I and many others, appreciate them.
