The pharmacist, was very friendly and knowledgeable. Her advice was very informative with my prescription. It was a phone consultation, and I got to speak with her the morning I sent the triage, as I was ill that day, and my prescription helped.

The surgery is looking clean and bright these days. Staff are friendly. Had my vaccine quick and easy. Wait period was under a week. This is acceptable as non urgent.

I had two concerns which he explained well and put action in place to address :- Xray and visit to an options . He restored my faith in the practice. Any institution is only as effective as the ‘sum of the parts ‘ -well done that man !

The practice looks much cleaner and more comfortable since I last visited. The nurse that preformed my procedure was informative and made me feel completly at ease. I was also offered a vaccine, not planned which saved me another visit in the future. The whole process was easy pain free and comfortable thanks to the updated surroundings and the attentative nurse .

I found staff very friendly cooperative when made this booking. Things were done, unlike before, on time. Doctor was very attentive and provided a great service. Thank you.

Had telephone conversation with GP with review to results of medical test. She was very professional yet friendly explaining everything clearly and making sure I understood what I was told regarding the results and medication regime.

Although I would always prefer a face to face consultation to a telephonic one I was very happy with this session. The clinician was very helpful and his advice and explanations were very clearly expressed. I am very grateful.

This doctor are very pleasant and helpful doctor. He look at me with respect and empathy and listens to my issues and takes me seriously . He understood everything I said and he was very clear at explaining everything to me.I feel safe and hopeful every time I consult with him. I know he is doing his best as a human being and as a doctor. But unfortunately, many decisions about my health are not up to him, but rather to other professionals(which I have not had much success with my treatments). I am so grateful to for everything he has done for me. Thank you very much fora ll your help. God Bless you.

Appointment served up quickly. Great experience and care shown by the Doctor I was given. Happy to answer multiple questions and saved time for me and him by answering a Q on a different ailment.
