   I was prescribed steroids and other medication and told to start dosage today. I agreed my wife would pick up the meds from surgery in the afternoon. When she gets there it’s shut for training! No advance warning and no means contacting anyone still inside the building. Not even an answerphone service. You can do an awful lot better than this!
