This GP like shop you are very lucky if you see doctor. If you have problems, like pain , cough, or you children have something who is not emergency for A&E you have trouble, if you ask for doctors, ladies for receptionist told you- doctors not here is ordination from home. Ok from home? That horrible. I’m waiting nearly one year for mammograms appointment, beacuse I’m funding something for my breast. If my daughter not working in the hospital I’m still waiting. After mammogram and scan and biopsy result brest cancer. If you think someone from Brigstock told sorry? Not never ever. Now I’m waiting for signs and stamps for incapacity form more like 2 weeks, results today? Sorry doctor not here more like 2 weeks, working from home. If I don give for nex week, everything is going…. . Please if you have some health problems don’t wait and going straight to way in the hospital

This GP surgery is the worst I have experienced in London and every surgery is bad but this one takes the cake…I don’t understand why the same doctor cannot follow your case from start to diagnosis instead of juggling you around various clinicians and doctors at the surgery. You would think that was common sense. That way if the doctor calls about your results he would know that was why he was calling you. This would avoid him calling and being unaware that you had been sent for multiple blood tests and received a text saying to book an appointment to discuss the findings. This would then avoid the doctor trying to interpret the results and do a diagnosis on the call as he did not review my file or results ahead of the call. Very unprofessional and does not give you any confidence that they know what they are doing. This is why a lot of people turn to google instead of relying on doctors in name rather than profession.

I was given a doctors phone call for today 9-2pm. No call. This is the second time this happened. I couldn’t report because the practice was closed at 2pm. Rather stressful. I accessed some strong painkillers to ease back/kidney problem for 3 days.

There was some problems with an appointment made but the receptionist went out of her way and the appointment all got sorted out. Thank you very much for your help
