The e-consult form one has to complete each time one wants to contact the surgery is incredibly frustrating. Very unhelpful when one contacts for anxiety and depression. And of course, no idea when one will get a phone call. Very unhelpful for people like me who don't work from home and dont want to talk about their health in the office with colleagues around. I have given up on ever getting another face to face appointment with my GP. The receptionists, nurses and GP (when I get to speak to one) are good though.

Please be assured that the e-consult form is there to aid patients in contacting us and getting resolve to whatever their issues are without having to call. However you are still able to phone the reception and request an appointment if you prefer to access us in that way. You are also able to chose if you would like a face to face appointment or book a phone consultation. Kind regards Lisa Mackin Practice Director.

Today I went for my booked appointment and I needed to see the doctor. I went to the receptionist to arrange the doctors appointment. To my pleasant surprise the immediate appointment was offered. Everything was done in half an hour. Fantastic service. Thank you! You really need a pay rise, not just clapping…

Sent in an online consultation request and was called back within the hour… Went in to see a GP a couple of hours later. Great service

My son was referred to your service - for an urgent assessment in the middle of the night last week - by 111. The appointment we were given was within 45 minutes of the call (just long enough for me to drive him there); parking was easy and the building felt safe and secure (despite the hour); we waited just a few minutes to be seen; and above all else, the assessment was impressively thorough and reassuring with the clinician spending time with us carefully explaining what she was testing for and why throughout. For something that needed an emergency assessment, the whole response from when the 111 clinician called back was first rate. I had real trepidation about calling 111 because the thought of spending prolonged time in A&E with a very poorly teenager was such a concern. In reality, we received quick, thorough, and highly reassuring attention through your service. Thank you!

Dr A save my life 16 yrs ago today 7th Nov, had a life threatening condition and sent me to a+e. Since then I have travelled the world and had amazing experiences. I will always be eternally grateful.

I had an appointment after contacting online. My current gp was not available in person so I was given an alternative gp. Unfortunately, I didn't feel heard, I felt patronised throughout the appointment despite making it clear that I'd had a medical scare the previous day which made me deeply concerned. I'm currently having perimenopause and am not sure which symptoms are worsening due to that. When I mentioned a supplement I was taking whilst currently off of HRT I was told they were expensive. No real diagnosis of what caused my health issue and I felt like I never wish to have an appointment with that gp again. Thoroughly disappointed with this experience as it has not assisted with an ongoing condition

For more then 50 years my family had received first class service and due attention from all GP's and most recently from a designated diabetic nurse. Many thanks to all of you.

Ive just had an amazing service from the practice. I called requesting a telephone consultation, I was given an appointment for 15 minutes later. The clinician called and assessed my symptoms and felt I needed antibiotics. The prescription was sent to my local pharmacy and I collected the antibiotics. The whole service took less than an hour. Thank you so much.

It took around 1 month for getting the appointment, but the consultation and further procedure was really quick. And the doctor and entire team was really helpful and supportive. Thank you
