   You can never get a GP appointment even though they tell yiu to call at 8am. The re was 17 people in the queue and still when I get through 26 minutes later, no appointments are left. I have driven to the surgery before and witnessed staff chatting and not answering the calls. A few weeks ago I was experiencing symptoms year I knew was the a chest infection starting, I tried several times to get an appointment but couldn't. A week later I was in hospital with Pneumonia. I spent a week there and since being out I've needed further medical attention which has been difficult to get. I was at the hospital last Friday and the consultant said I need to be seen at my drs this week but of course I can't as there's never any appointments. The staff are rude and unhelpful which makes you feel very vulnerable especially when you are unwell.
