Bank house surgery go above and beyond for their patients. Their service is amazing with brilliant communication and speed. They always fit me and my family if we need to be seen. I couldn’t ask for a better practice and have the upmost confidence in them.

Recently moved to this practice and my first interaction with the doctor probably saved my life. She accurately identified a serious issue and I was then dealt with efficiently through the NHS system with the help of the doctors at this surgery. The Reception staff are always courteous and helpful. What else could you ask for.

I have had consultations with both the male and female GPs at this practice and both have been outstanding. Had on the day appointments every time I have called. They are kind and caring. Their staff are courteous and so very helpful. The girls on front desk always help me with any issues I have. The nurse is brilliant and this is a surgery that I would highly recommend. Excellent service and care. The NHS should use this as an example of high quality, exceptional care. If only they were all like this!

Simply amazing - the GP I saw couldn't have been more helpful or patient with me. One of the best consults with a doc I have ever had.

I have recently moved to Bank House Surgery and the care I have received from all the team at the surgery is exceptional. Friendly, efficient and compassionate, I cannot praise the surgery enough.
