Although having to wait for 30 minutes in the waiting room to be seen, I managed to get an appointment easily on the same day. Doctor was thorough, good and listened to my issue. Referred me for an x-ray for the following day, at a hospital of my choice.

The sample taker checked my identity, checked my understanding of why I needed a blood test, explained what he was doing step by step and how/ when I would get the results. How it should be, correct patient identification is critical for patient safety

My visit with the asthma nurse this morning I can’t fault anything about it. Seen at the exact time of my appointment. She was very thorough and took her time with me.

Only negative I can say is that my appointment was very delayed by 50 minutes and at one time there was a dog running around in the waiting room

Health check included bloods. Follow up was arranged to discuss the results. Health education was shared at follow up. Overall very reassured with the service.

Following a 7.30am online request I was seen by a doctor that day. I waited 45 moments after my appointment time to be called in by doctor. My issue was dealt with effectively and medication request sent to my local pharmacy during appointment I was impressed with the doctor familiarising himself with my past medical history during the appointment. Apart from the wait a good experience.

Staff was polite at reception and doctors were welcoming clean and tidy practice appointments were quick as well

I was able to see a Dr quickly and had no problem making the appointment. The Dr was very thorough and got to the bottom of the issue and referred me for x rays and a physio appointment. She sent texts to inform me of the next steps. I saw a physio at the practice within 2 weeks. My husband and I have had very good treatment by the practice since Covid and we are seen regularly as we are elderly and any issues are followed up either by referral to hospital if required or by follow up phone calls. In general we have been very pleased with care from the practice and have not experienced the difficulties that have been reported around the country in getting GP attention

Everything about my visit was first class. The practice nurse was very reassuring and referred me for a face to face appointment with a GP. This was done so quickly (same day) I was seen within minutes of arrival. Doctor gave me as much time as I needed. His examination was thorough. He ordered further tests, two of which were carried out the following day. It was a most satisfactory visit. On a scale of 1 to 10 I rate the visit 10 .
