Rang 19 march 2024 on phone for 30 minutes got cut off rang again waiting in queue for 20 min no one answered what’s point of having a receptionist if u can’t be bothered to pick phone up always the case when ringing on phone for ages no one picking up bad practice if dr who owns practice cared about his practice he would either employ another receptionist reception staff a joke can’t be bothered answering phone when u go in not many people there even for an emergency app staff can’t pick phone up if dr who owns practice reading this do something this is happening on your watch as it your practice don’t know how it got rated good can’t even get an app

Dear Naveed, I am sorry for the experience, I have just spoken to our Telecoms provider and they have identified a problem with the phone system. They have now looked into the problem and advise that they have resolved the matter. Please note we take all feedback seriously and have taken steps to improve the phone system. We will be replacing the phone system with a new one in the coming months. Please note we aim to answer very call that we receive at the practice. I have been seeing my Doctor for more than 2 years. He is always professional , caring, helpful and positive. I get unfailingly expert and experienced medical care from him. I have recently had a very serious condition which he treated with speed and positive caring with the best possible outcome. I am so lucky to have this person caring for my health.

One of the best doctors surgery I have ever come accross in my life honestly. The doctors & nurses are just fantastic, very caring & understanding. Whenever I go & see a doctor here I always come out knowing I am in good hands & I am getting the best I can get. The only downside is you can no longer advance book appoinments online & it's very difficult for someone like me who work & have few long term conditions & also has a child with dissability to call at 8 am and wait, it does take a while for someone to answer the call. I would please request the surgery to consider for working class ppl who are very limited with time to open up advance online bookings so we can plan appointments with work schedules. Other than that it's a fabolous surgery, everyone is caring & understanding. Once your through to the doctors you're in good hands. Thank you The City Medical Practice for caring & looking after us.

10/10 for this surgery. All the team from the freindly administration staff to the doctors/nurses are very caring and compassionate. They provide time for they patients to discuss they matters. I believe this surgery to be unique in many ways. They always try to accommodate they patients. I consider the following to be of a great standard- Gaining an appointment, admin staff answering calls in an appropriate time frame, referrals, reviews, further testing/investigating, follow ups, and overall treating patients with the very best of care. I have personally recommended many of my family and freinds to this surgery who all share similar opinions. I believe this surgery and all its staff should be recognised and appreciated for all the top quality service they provide. They excel in patient care and satisfaction.
