Cant get through by phone. 1 hour wait after my appointment time. Same every time i come here. This is the experience patients have to go through in this practice. Im leaving this practice.

Rang up because I have a chest infection. I was told there are no bookable appointments for a few weeks so would have to ring back in the morning. I have been trying to get through since 0830 and it’s as if they have the phone off the hook. Left with no choice but to contact 111 before this chest infection gets any worse. My partner suffers from a rare kidney illness and he has so much trouble getting an appointment with them he has actually ended up in hospital a few times before they would even see him. The place is a disgrace to the NHS.
