The receptionists are nice and helpful, and the doctors pay attention and make sure to give you the care you need.

Although I always had a pleasant experience meeting or talking to the doctors; some of the staff at the reception has always been rude and unwelcoming. When calling or visiting the GP you’re already distressed or in pain and you would expect a form of empathy from the front desk but unfortunately this’s not the case in most of my encounters. This comment is with regard to the reception service only as the doctors are first class and really empathetic. Efforts need to be exerted to improve patients experience at the reception.

We are very sorry to hear of your negative experience. The practice uses such feedback as a learning. All practice staff are trained to in their roles.
