From a very helpful receptionist, to a very caring Doctor. I was extremely concerned entering my appointment regarding a health issue. The Doctor instantly put me at ease with her friendly manner, this continued with a very thorough examination, constant explanation of what she was doing and why. She put me at ease very quickly. Another fabulous Doctor to add to an already wonderful team at Springwell health centre.

Got a telephone appt which I was very grateful for. The new GP (locum) who spoke with was lovely, very understanding, lots of empathy. Having discovered my GP has retired I was sad and a loss to the MHS. This surgery have been fantastic when I’ve needed them. On a second appt dealt I with the receptionist, who again was really helpful and understanding. I have recommended this GP surgery to people and they are now new patients having moved from a different area and have been impressed. Keep up the great work.
