  1. Review titled Good service

Rated 4 stars out of 5

First time using Klinik, fast efficient response, quick appointment & was impressed with the service, Doctor was really nice & helpful. What a massive improvement in service @ communication. First impression good. Few tweaks possibly will improve Klinik but overall very good.

Recently moved to the area & after registering at Singleton practice a few months ago I tried to get an appointment for 2 days here but the phones are constantly busy at 8 am so I went to the surgery & left a personal message for a doctor to call me back which they did (from the other surgery) The doctor who called me back was very professional & efficient no probs here whatsoever they noted/discussed my symptoms & left a letter for me at their reception desk to collect & go straight to William Harvey A&E (who were brilliant also) Five hours later whilst I was in critical care receiving treatment for a heart attack I received a call on my mobile from the nurse at Singleton surgery saying I had an appointment for her to change a wound dressing… Bizarrely enough I’ve never ever seen a doctor here & or ever had a wound to dress in my life. Heaven knows how they got me mixed up with someone else when I’ve never seen a nurse or doctor at this surgery or any other surgery in Ashford. I am an ex health professional fully meds trained & in my opinion this is a borderline meds error & should never ever happen at a doctors. Hardly inspires confidence in this surgery in fact I’d say they were a total shambles I’m gobsmacked how incompetent they are in fact I’d say the office staff here are totally inept. I went in to the surgery Monday morning after coming home from hospital to report this incident & politely asked reception for an appointment to be made at some point with the practice manager. The receptionist said the nurse had noted down that she had called me to change a wound dressing on my file, but they didn’t get back to me at all & just swept it all under the carpet… is this standard HNS practice? I think not.. Shocking - my vets are more efficient!

Trying to reach surgery to book a GP appointment, the telephone system says that I need to;- press #1 for appointments and #2 for enquiries etc. It doesn't matter which button I press or when, it just keeps repeating the recorded message. Tried the on-line service just as bad, sent link to reset password.. but nothing happens. now looking for a GP that actually sees people.
