    From the lovely receptionists to the phlebotomists to the health care assistants- to the very Doctors themselves: "There is no lull in kindness, friendliness or courtesy- All give everything of themselves whether on a telephone or in person! I was very scared on this last appointment and my Doctor didn't try to pass my concerns off- she allowed blood tests and other to allow for explanation to my concerns- good news or bad news- answers would be gotten. Since joining the practice I have had some really pleasant interactions and though concerned right now- Know the professional ability of all will give me the assurances and any help that can be provided. I rate this surgery Very Highly and would especially recommend it to those with newborns- i.e. Young parents as the kindness and compassion they all exude is absolutely top notch and genuine!

    I was having difficulty with the internet, & trying to link with my wife on the NHS app.I was given an appointment,& within a few moments my problem was solved,this surgery & staff have taken care of us for 3 very difficult years.Nothing but praise for everyone.Thank you.

    Waited for a telephone appointment. Doctor had not read my notes, was asking me about why i had ask for the call. Told her and she went over old results not the ones i ask for. Then told me i had to make another appointment for a blood test , told her if she had read the notes she could have seen i already had an appointment. Then she still had no idea what the problem was , i told her 3 times and then she kept saying i was shouting ! How do you make a doctor listen ? Had absolutely no idea what i wanted and never even tried to help. I told her 3 times what results i was supposed to be discussing…then she said they hadnt got the results !!! The doctors had told me to make an appointment as they had the results which were abnormal, she said she hadnt got them. Very detrimental to my health as now i have to make one again with someone else when i could have been starting treatment ‼️ Appalling .

    Usually visit Farnsfield surgery but this time attended rainworth due to available appointments. Great service and the doctor was excellent . Did not feel rushed and really pleased with the service.

    Just had a diabetes review. On time and extremely pleasant and thorough. Thank you so much for your care and attention. Even used my used name and not my first name - very thoughtful. Thanks too to the receptionists - so welcoming.
