    My doctor at Shrewsbury Road surgery was extremely knowledgable and helped me to have a clear understanding of my current problems and helped me to see a bigger picture of my care plan and how to move forward. He was ver professional and easy to talk to without overcomplicating his communication. He is a great asset to the surgery and I am very happy to be his patient and under his care.

    The staff are unpleasant, rude and extremely unhelpful. You phone in the morning to make an appointment and told you're caller number 1 and a few minutes later the receptionist will cut the call. When you inform the manager he says their training. The same staff have been on training for the last 10 years.

    We had an emergency appointment with the doctor at Kiveton Park Primary Care. She listened, made you feel tremendously supported and followed through with getting in touch with the hospital who, when we arrived knew our name and what the problem was. Unsure if it was her but after been seen at the surgery that afternoon we got an appointment through that we had been waiting for, it seems too much of a coincidence! So thank you for the dedication and support given and thank you to the Practice and not least our wonderful NHS!

    This is my parents practice and they have supported me amazingly to take care of my increasingly frail parents and deal with some extremely tricky situations (when no other service would). Always get an appointment, or call, dependent upon need. Always helped efficiently and professionally by the reception team. GPs listen and support with treatment, suggestions, referrals and follow-ups. No gaming of the system. Just straight forward, professional and personalised healthcare. Cannot thank and recommend them enough!

    I have recently had COVID 19. Using the GP advice on the NHS app, I requested a fit note. I made the request in the morning and had a response by late afternoon. The response from the GP was thoughful, positive and much appreciated. The following week, I requested a second note. The response was from the same GP and said that he was pleased that I was feeling better than I had previously but accepting that I did still not feel recovered enough, so issued a second note. Whilst not appropriate for everyone, this online service, is really good, certainly as provided by Ashville Surgery. Both me and my husband cannot praise the service and care that we have received enough. From receptionists, nursing staff and GP's, we could not ask for more. Thank you to all of you

    Been with this surgery for more than 10years and so impressed with their knowledge, competence, care and accessibility. Everyone from doctors to nurses to receptionists are kind and this makes a big difference to the patient experience. Especially grateful for my experience on 10th July with the GP I saw. I really felt cared for and am super grateful. Thank you all

    I have tried ring the surgery today and am still trying to get through 45 minutes later. This has happened numerous times before and I have a chronic illness requiring continuous medical care so it needs to be improved urgently
