Overall the work of the staff was very nice and pleasant, and every doctor I've been to so far has been good and used by me. And I am completely satisfied with the entire GP staff.

The Dr was full of imaginary ideas on my meditation changes. I mentioned other issues and he planned another appointment to follow up on them

The doctor I saw was very helpful, he listened to me the Dr saw me on time, the reception staff were friendly The associate physician was also very helpful and informative, all round I had a good experience

Very helpful reception staff. The doctor I saw put me at ease, listened without rushing me and then examined me thoroughly. Really good experience

My daughter was poorly and was seen same day, quick efficient and was given anti biotics straight away. All staff were extremely friendly

I saw Practice nurse and was referred to xray which I had today. The nurse diagnosed the rash on my leg and also pain in shoulder and I’m back.

The surgery has recently changed and become extremely efficient . I haven’t had to wait weeks to see a doctor and have been able to get an appointment immediately with a good doctor.

Dear Patient, thanks for your feedback. It really does help us to see patients are having an increasingly better experience. Our 'triage' system uses online to save time and means the doctor can prioritise queries according to clinical need, and this has also helped us reduce the average wait to get through to us on the phone. We will pass this on to our team!

The junior doctor was patient and allowed me to explain myself. His advice was reassuring and helpful and made me feel like my concerns were being tackled.

Thank you for seeing my 10 year old so promptly. We were seen by a Physician Associate and she was amazing, really put my daughter at ease and took time to talk to her as well as me. She sought a second opinion from a colleague and we came away with a clear plan. Thank you.
