    I have received good care at Chalkhill Family Practice. They send me timely text reminders to book health checks and blood test appointments, and referred me to the relevant hospital, diabetes prevention programmes and clinical trials. The nursing staff are competent and friendly. I have recommended this Practice to family and friends.

    Good Doctors but unfortunately they got bad receptionists , rude, arrogant, make you feel more ill. They needed to be trained how they will deal with patients, GPs don't deserve that. They should get better team.

    I have been registered with Chalkhill Family Practice for over 5 years and only until this year there started to be issues. In march I have received a letter to re register, never have been given a reason but I have done it, only to find out during my call today in December that I have been removed from the system again. I'm not surprised that emergency service are swamped while local gp is not doing anything to support patients throughout the sickness. I am very disappointed.

    I am sorry to hear that you have been removed from our list. Every so often we do send out letters to confirm your contact details and address. If we do not hear from you, then you will be removed from the practice list. Re-registering you will not take long, so please call us on 020 3836 5030 and we can look into this matter urgently.

    Never answer the telephone No other means of contact other than econsult. When booked on econsult, they would give you a date in a week time . They will force you to call 111. When call 111, 111 book same GP following day . Used to be a very good place but service levels gone downhill since covid.

    I am sorry that you have been having problems contacting us. We are experiencing technical problems with our telephone system. This has been escalated to our IT providers. In the meantime you can either complete an eConsultation which is then triaged by the clinician or you can email us nhsnwlcc.chalkhillfamilypractice@nhs.net

    I was asked to fill online consultation form for my health problem. Filling that, The reply came telling that doctor will call me after a week . I have to tolerate my pain for a week to get an advice over the phone. Then The doctor has call me 2 occasions. Each occasion 3 times within 2 seconds. Even though the phone was in my hand couldn’t get the call. Doctor didn’t let it ring & cut it all the times. What type of health service is this?

    I have been waiting since 3 months to get registered. I have sent my documents three times but it seems the GP is not bothered. Every time I visit the GP, I am told that we will be registered by next week.
