I called at 9am asking for an appointment, was given one for 1pm that day, seen exactly on time, subsequently given a prescription and a physio appointment for two days later. Friendly, speedy and efficient. Can't fault at all.

I have just changed practice because this one is just awful, after waiting hours for a Dr to call me it was a pharmacist that called me and after almost an hour interview she promised that I would get some medicine prescription on the same day, after 3 days I am here still waiting and never heard from them again. I am still suffering because can't get treated, this is just one of the reasons I am out of there for good.

- no continuation: different doctor for every appointment - no appointments: no chance of seeing a doctor even for urgent problems - staff seem overworked and are often dismissive and very unfriendly

Very bad. Appalling. My screening is done by the receptionist who transmits my health problem to the doctor, it is up to the health professional, even not knowing the extent of the problem, to attend to me or not and this "diagnosis" is transmitted by the receptionist!

i was first told i was diabetic then told i wasnt .Told i have prediabet .Today i was asked tocall about my prediabetic annual ytest which i did yesterday and for the lady to say to me that nothing was mentionned about prediabet in the results when the whole world told me i was diabetic. If you wanna die use that practise. Moreover i have been trying to get an appointment for almost a year ,they always come up with stories they never gave me an appointment .Even this morning i tried ,they have refused to give me an appointment.

They don’t have any online service whatsoever. For patent access they only use “Dr Iq” moble app. This app is smartphone based, hard to use and simply unsuitable for elderly & those with unsteady hands. The only alternative way to contact them is through their telephone reception service line which is equally poor and often abrupt or vindictive. They consciously mess with patients’ lives. My advice is to stay away from them at any cost.

This surgery is completely overwhelmed and is unable to provide a basic caring service to its patients. It regularly fails to follow up on patient requests, test results and hospital scans. Because of this it is placing patients at risk. Even something as simple as contacting the surgery requires a significant effort. Telephone calls often take 30-40 mins to be answered and although the use of the Dr iq app permits the logging of medical and admin queries, some of these can remain unacknowledged for nearly a week. There is no facility to discuss anything with a member of the clinical team and appointments are frequently arranged over the phone rather than in person. To see a nominated doctor at the practice requires a 3 week wait. I cannot recommend this surgery. They are stretched to breaking point and are letting their patients down badly.

Most of the staff and personnel doesn’t really care about you, beyond basic care. They check your problem, will offer a basic solution but there’s nothing beyond that… their DR iQ app was crashing lately for several weeks, if it’s working half of the time it full filled it’s days capacity. I feel let down and disappointed with this practice as it seems ghat they are severely understaffed and struggling to produce good patient care and service. I will be looking for another practice…
