I joined this practice late 2022. The professionalism is second to none. I have found all staff extremely pleasant and only too willing to help.Nothing seems to be too much bother. Faultless comes to mind. I find I'm being treated as a person who matters and not just a number.

The service that I have received from this practice has been excellent in all respects. The care, thought, timely action and professionalism from all has been consistently high. I was offered an appointment the same day that I rang. I found the whole process to be very thorough, delivered by friendly, approachable staff. The initial description of my symptoms was listened to very carefully, further questions were asked, an examination conducted and a diagnosis made. Time was taken to clearly explain the issue and what the remedy would be as well as what any follow up action would be, were it to be needed. I was able to get the appropriate medication and the recovery process was underway.

I joined this surgery around 2019- since then I find the doctors very good - they actually listen to you - listen to what you are saying and they go out of there way too get you the proper help no matter what the issue is. I find the doctors very easy to talk too, I feel that they go above and beyond there care if duty - I feel they are all very genuine doctors.

Most recently I’ve had some complex health issues which the team have supported fantastically with, from the warm welcome by the reception team to the highly experienced GP’s that have an immense breadth and depth of knowledge. With 2 young children the practice has consistently been accommodating, very often at short notice, nothing is ever a problem with advice or appointments being made available same day. If you are in the catchment area for this surgery I’d without hesitation recommend.

Cannot fault the surgery, from the receptionist, to the Support workers, Nurses and GP’s they are all so kind and caring. My little boy has needed a few appointments recently and they are so quick at phoning back and they really listen to my concerns. After hearing so many negative things about other GP practices I feel very lucky to be with Allesley village. Thank you.
