The receptionists have a disgusting attitude. The person I just spoke to seemed very immature and lackadaisical. I spoke to the manager, who I spoke to the day before, terrible attitude also didn't seem to care or hear what I had to say. A attitude that has been passed on to her colleagues. I called the surgery today and it seemed once the receptionist found out that I was calling I could hear her giggling and I could hear multiple voices talking about me before she realised I wasn't on hold. I hadn't even said my reason for calling at this point. Then she proceeds to find it funny and attempt to speak down on me, going back and forth with me, arguing with me "but was you going to make it in 5 minutes, but was you going to make it in 5 minutes" she said continuously. She sounded very young (I am 26) If it was a mature person I would have let it go. Naturally, this caused me to be frustrated and I express my lack of appreciation for her attitude, she then started to back track. It's a shame because I have recommended a few people to sign up to the surgery and I found the Hygienist I saw so pleasant. The surgery is lovely and modern. But front of house staff have disgusting behaviours. I've never written a bad review, but there is a clear pattern of bad attitudes.

We had a really great experience here. My child aged 4 had a dead tooth and a gum infection. The dentist was very helpful, firstly in treating the infection and secondly removing the tooth. Given that my child wouldn't even sit on the dentist's chair during the first appointment, this was amazing progress! I really appreciated the relaxed approach the dentist took which ultimately spared us a referral to the hospital for extraction under general anaesthetic, which would have been riskier and more disruptive. Thanks again.

Staff are very helpful and kind . Wonderful Dentist and wonderful Hygienist. The newly refurbished centre looks amazing. A big thank you to all.

Kind and professional practice. I found the staff reassuring and helpful from reception to dentists and dental nurses. Would highly recommend to anyone.
