My Aunty called this practice a couple weeks ago to talk about her extreme anxiety around her teeth and the affects she has when around people or in public areas. She was booked an appointment for 4th April 2024 at 2pm. We arrived 5 mins earlier and filled out the appropriate forms making the receptionist aware the appointment was for 2pm ( she has plenty of time to inform us there was someone in the room with the dental practitioner and another would be going in after ) she did not do this until we sat down and realised it was 14.10. Now it is 14.33 and we have been given no new updates, the second person who was meant to go in hasn’t gone in and is still waiting, this patient had arrived before us so she has been here a while. When my Aunty has booked this appointment she made the staff very aware of her concerns surrounding coming in they seemed accommodating at the time however since arriving here and waiting so far 35 minutes for my Aunty’s 14:00pm appointment. The practice is now filled with people and my Aunty is now wanting to leave because of the pressure she is feeling since more people have arrived. This is really unorganised, inconsiderate & time consuming, it’s uneasy on my Aunty as she suffers with terrible depression and this appointment she was dreading that’s why I’m accompanying her. She tried to mentally prepare herself and that’s all gone out of the window. We have spoken to the lady that was here before us. She had an appointment at 13.15 and she is still here at 14.39 with a new born baby! We have now found out only one dentist is working today so why wasn’t patients informed of this potential delay. Something needs to change.

I was on their NHS register for many years, and their service was great. Recently tried to book an appointment due it toothache and was told I was no longer on their register. Disappointingly they removed me from their register with no notice whatsoever. Apparently they don't have enough capacity to warn people they're being deregistered, however their staffing issues shouldn't be impacting patient care. Now there is a waiting list of 300 others, which clearly shows they're not prioritising public health care and focusing on private profit. I wish them the best in this endeavour but will unlikely return myself.

I write to commend the service I always receive when attending the dental surgery at 157 Broadway, in Peterborough. Above all, I was delighted with the service I received from my dentist when he repaired a broken tooth. He is scrupulous in his work, as expected from one’s dentist, but he always indicates that he is aware of the whole patient, and not just their mouth! I wanted to become a new patient and book some appointments, i called at 13:26pm on 24/03…. 20 minutes later I was still in the same position (2) I had been when I first called… I gave up!! I completed an online registration form which they tell you to do and some will be in contact I did this over a month ago and still no contact. Not good… I’d rather go elsewhere

So I had an appointment with Clifton Gardens in Goole on an 111 emergency appointment due to a loose filling. Usually these visits cost around £30 under the NHS and with that price tag I have had root canals, fillings and extractions from a wide range of other dentists. This one however felt the need to try charge me £70.70 for a filling and upond questioning asked me to leave. I will never be using this dentistry again and will be reporting him to an ombudsman if possible.

We first went to this dentist in 2023 my daughter was 16 at the time she was a nhs patient, they said she needed a root canal and tried saying it would cost £500, we then attended the surgery 14/02/24 for a filling, the dentist was rude, didn’t test the bite on the filling just stuck the filling material in harderned it and the filling is way to high it gives my daughter when she bites and can’t eat on it and they won’t look at it for a week

Every first appointment we have made with this practice over a period of 5 years has been cancelled, often at short notice. It was annoying with us but now they are doing it with our two children as well, which were booked months ago. I was told by the receptionist that the practice fills all the appointments and then cancels any that a dentist isn't available for with no attempt at ensuring the rota covers all the appointments. Apparently this is standard practice. If that were the case, I would expect the occasional cancellation, not a cancellation every single time.

Have never had good treatment started with yrs ago in Richmond she caused me life long problems to bad treatment with added mixture of abuse and very disturbing conduct of staff dentists in kensington to equally bad in bayswater after 3 yrs of no dentist yet I meet alleged refugees all the time with perfect teeth and reg with dentists which is the truth why there aren't enough.

My mum died before Christmas and so missed an appointment having never missed an appointment before. The letter that was sent was disgusting. Whilst I understand the need for people to attend, the phrasing needs improving. When I called to inform them of her passing, they were not interested at all in feedback about how the letter could be improved and not even a 'sorry for your loss'. I am just glad I don't live in Calne and have to use this practice. No wonder everyone I know there goes to Chippenham for dental services

Snapped off a previously repaired lateral incisor leaving me looking like a pirate. Dentist should've been off on holiday but stayed back late to do- at the drop of a hat- the most incredible technically impressive and visually perfect repair work I've ever seen...and I've had alot of dental work. It even included removing the root. To top it all - zero pain afterwards. There are dentists...and then are dentists like this. Spectacular skill.
